What it does
You run an intro night and want everyone who came to start the follow-up course. Or you sell a course pack in your store next to your other products. Or a new team needs the same onboarding program. Today that means adding people to the program one by one. Program Enroll does it for you.
Make a rule: pick one or more events or store products, and the program. When a guest RSVPs yes or gets a ticket, checks in, or pays for the product, they join the program with free access, as if you had added them yourself. Each person is added once, even with several tickets.
People without a member account can't join a program yet, so the app keeps them on a waiting list and adds them the moment they sign up.
To add a group in one go, pick a contact label (your events add one for each event's guests) or paste a list of emails. A preview shows who will be added, who has no account yet and who is already in.
The free plan runs one rule, adds up to 25 people at a time and shows the last 20 actions. Premium runs any number of rules, adds any number of people, removes a buyer from the program when you refund the whole order, and keeps the full history with a CSV download.
