This policy describes what the Program Enroll app ("the app") does with data.
What the app does
The app adds people to your site's online programs. It does this when a guest registers for or checks in at an event you chose, when an order with a store product you chose is paid, when someone on its waiting list creates a member account, or when you add a group from the app's dashboard page.
Data the app handles
- Your rules: which events or products lead to which program, stored in a collection on your own site.
- Event guests, store orders and new members: when your site tells the app about one of these, it reads the person's contact ID, member ID and the event, product or payment status involved.
- Contacts and members: name, email and member account, read to add the right person and to show who was added. For a group, the contacts with the label you picked or the emails you pasted.
- Online programs: the program list, who is already a participant, and new participants the app creates (or removes on a full refund, on the paid plan).
- An activity log: for each person, the date, name, email, program, the reason and the result, stored in a collection on your own site.
- Plan status: the app asks Wix whether your site is on the free or the paid plan.
- Browser settings: whether you closed the intro and review boxes, kept in your browser's local storage.
Where the data goes
Everything is read and written through Wix's own APIs, by the app's code running on Wix. The developer has no other server and never receives your contacts, orders or programs. Nothing is shared with anyone else. Removing the app stops all processing; the log collection stays on your site until you delete it.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version is posted at this address with a new effective date.
