1. What you get
Payday: Staff Pay is a Wix app that works out staff pay from your bookings using pay rules you set. You install it from the Wix App Market and use it inside your Wix dashboard.
2. Plans and payment
The free plan has every pay rule and shows pay for up to 2 staff members at a time. The paid plan shows pay for all staff in one report and downloads it as a CSV file. Wix sells the paid plan, charges you, and handles renewals, cancellations and refunds under the Wix App Market terms. Prices are shown on the app's Wix App Market page.
3. Your responsibilities
The app calculates pay from the rules you enter and the bookings on your site. Check the figures before you pay anyone. The app does not run payroll, pay anyone, or handle tax, social contributions or employment law; those stay your responsibility.
4. Your data

5. Availability and changes
The app depends on Wix's platform and the Bookings API. If Wix changes or limits them, features may stop working until the app is updated.
6. No warranty
The app is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, there is no warranty that the figures fit your contracts; every line shows how it was calculated so you can check it.
7. Liability
To the extent the law allows, the developer is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for payments made from the app's figures. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.
8. Ending use
You can stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it in your Wix dashboard.
