This policy describes what the Payday: Staff Pay app ("the app") does with data.
What the app does
The app is a page in your Wix dashboard. You enter how each staff member is paid, pick a date range, and the app reads that period's bookings to work out each person's pay. It only reads bookings; it never creates, changes or cancels them.
Data the app handles
- Staff and services: staff names and the services you offer, with their list prices, so you can set pay rules.
- Bookings in the date range you choose: the service, date and time, time zone, staff member, number of participants, status (confirmed, canceled and so on), attendance if you marked it, how the client chose to pay (for example with a membership), and the price on the booking's order. The app does not show or store client names, emails or phone numbers.
- Your pay rules and report options: stored as one item in a collection in your site's own database (CMS), named "Payday pay rules". If your site has no CMS, the app keeps them in your browser's local storage instead and tells you so.
- Plan status: the app asks Wix whether your site is on the free or the paid plan.
- One browser setting: when you close the intro box, the app remembers that in your browser's local storage.
Reports and downloads
Pay reports are worked out in your browser each time you press the button and are not saved anywhere. A CSV download is a file saved on your own computer.
Data the app does not collect
The app has no servers and no database of its own. It does not send any data to the developer or to any third party. It uses no analytics, no tracking, no third-party scripts, no advertising and sets no cookies on your visitors.
Sharing
We do not sell or share data. The only parties involved are you and Wix. Wix processes data under its own privacy policy (https://www.wix.com/about/privacy). Payments for the paid plan are handled by Wix; the developer does not receive card details.
Retention and deletion
Your pay rules stay in your site's collection until you delete them in the CMS or uninstall the app. The developer holds no data, so there is nothing for the developer to delete.
Children
The app is a business tool for site owners and is not directed at children.
Changes
If the app changes what it does with data, this policy will be updated before the change is released and the effective date will change.
