1. What you get
Menu Limits is a Wix app that checks online restaurant orders against rules you set: minimum and maximum quantities per dish or menu section in one order, and on the paid plan daily caps per pickup or delivery day and a minimum order amount. You install it from the Wix App Market and set it up inside your Wix dashboard.
2. Plans and payment
The free plan checks 2 per-order rules. The paid plan checks every rule and adds daily caps, the minimum order amount and a log of blocked checkouts. Wix sells the paid plan, charges you, and handles renewals, cancellations and refunds under the Wix App Market terms. Prices are shown on the app's Wix App Market page.
3. How rules behave
If the app cannot finish a check (for example Wix is slow or a request fails), it lets the order through rather than block it. Two customers paying for the last items of a daily cap at the same moment can both get through. So a limit can occasionally be exceeded; set daily caps a little under what you can make. Orders placed before you set a rule are counted but never changed.
4. Your data
The app reads your menu and, for daily caps, your orders through Wix, and keeps only your rules (and, on the paid plan, a log of blocked checkouts) on your site. See the Privacy Policy: https://prometheus-maker.github.io/wix/menu-limits/privacy.html
5. Availability and changes
The app depends on Wix's platform and its Restaurants and eCommerce APIs. If Wix changes or limits them, features may stop working until the app is updated.
6. No warranty
The app is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, there is no warranty that every order breaking a rule will be stopped.
7. Liability
To the extent the law allows, the developer is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost or extra orders. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.
8. Ending use
You can stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it in your Wix dashboard. Rules stop applying as soon as it is uninstalled.
