1. What you get
Loyalty Rules is a Wix app that gives loyalty points for plan renewals, event ticket orders and paid invoices, and takes points back when an order is refunded, by rules you set. You install it from the Wix App Market and use it inside your Wix dashboard. It needs Wix Loyalty Program on the same site.
2. Plans and payment
The free plan runs one rule and shows the last 20 actions. The paid plan runs any number of rules and adds refunds, a bonus every set number of plan payments, the full history with a CSV file and catching up on past payments. Wix sells the paid plan, charges you, and handles renewals, cancellations and refunds under the Wix App Market terms. Prices are shown on the app's Wix App Market page.
3. Your responsibilities
You choose the rules and how many points they give, and you are responsible for what your loyalty program promises your customers. Check the Activity list after you change a rule.
4. No warranty
The app is provided as it is. The developer works to keep it correct and available but does not promise it is free of errors or that every event from Wix arrives. Points can always be corrected by hand in Loyalty Program.
5. Liability
To the extent the law allows, the developer is not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the app. Total liability is limited to what you paid for the app in the last 12 months.
