Quick answers
Why didn't the first plan payment give points?
Loyalty Program already has its own rule for buying a plan, so the renewal rule starts at the second payment. Tick "Also give points for the first payment" if you don't use that rule.
When are renewal points given?
When Wix starts a new payment period for the plan order: monthly plans once a month, yearly plans once a year.
How are ticket points counted?
Only the event ticket lines of a paid order count, after discounts. Free tickets give nothing.
When are invoice points given?
When the invoice is fully paid. The app also checks paid invoices each time you open it; press Check invoices now to run it at once.
How much does a refund take back? (Premium)
By default the share of points that order earned: half the amount refunded, half the points. If the order earned nothing, the rate you set is used. A balance never goes below zero.
Can a customer get points twice for the same payment?
No. Each renewal, order, invoice and refund has its own key, and the app skips anything already handled, also when Wix sends the same event twice or you run Catch up again.
A line in Activity says Failed
The reason is under the line. Common ones: the loyalty program was paused, or Loyalty Program was removed. Premium can run Catch up for that date range once it is fixed.
What does the free plan include?
One switched-on rule (the first one in the list) and the last 20 lines of Activity.
Where the app lives
In your dashboard, open Manage Apps, then Loyalty Rules.
Privacy
See the privacy policy. In short: the app works through Wix's own APIs and the developer receives nothing.
