1. What you get
Comment Alerts is a Wix app that emails you when someone comments on your site. You install it from the Wix App Market and manage it inside your Wix dashboard.
2. Plans and payment
The free plan sends up to 50 alerts per month to one address. The paid plan sends unlimited alerts (within your site's email allowance) to up to 5 addresses and adds the keyword filter. Wix sells the paid plan, charges you, and handles renewals, cancellations and refunds under the Wix App Market terms. Prices are shown on the app's Wix App Market page.
3. Your responsibilities
Only add email addresses of people who agreed to receive these alerts. Use the app only on sites you are allowed to manage and in line with Wix's terms.
4. Your data

5. Delivery
Emails are sent through Wix's email service and count toward your site's email allowance. Delivery depends on Wix and on the receiving mail provider. If your site's allowance is used up, alerts stop until it renews; the app's history still records each comment.
6. Availability and changes
The app depends on Wix's platform and APIs. If Wix changes or limits them, features may stop working until the app is updated.
7. No warranty
The app is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, there is no warranty that every comment will produce an alert.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, the developer is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.
9. Ending use
You can stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it in your Wix dashboard.
