1. What you get
Class Quorum is a Wix app that tracks a minimum number of participants for Bookings class sessions, cancels a session for all its clients with your message, and confirms waiting bookings. You install it from the Wix App Market and use it inside your Wix dashboard.
2. Plans and payment
The free plan covers one minimum rule and sessions in the next 7 days, with cancel and confirm by hand. The paid plan adds unlimited rules, up to 60 days ahead, automatic confirmation, refunds when canceling and a decisions log. Wix sells the paid plan, charges you, and handles renewals, cancellations and refunds under the Wix App Market terms. Prices are shown on the app's Wix App Market page.
3. Your responsibilities
You decide which sessions to cancel and what your clients are told. Check the list before you cancel a session: canceling changes your clients' bookings and cannot be undone by the app. Refunds go through your site's payment settings; if a refund can't be made from the app, the app says so and you refund from your orders.
4. No warranty
The app is provided as it is. The developer works to keep it correct and available but does not promise it is free of errors.
5. Liability
To the extent the law allows, the developer is not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the app. Total liability is limited to what you paid for the app in the last 12 months.
