This policy describes what the Class Quorum app ("the app") does with data.
What the app does
The app is a page in your Wix dashboard plus a background task on Wix. You set a minimum number of participants for your Bookings classes. The page lists upcoming class sessions with how many people booked, and lets you cancel a session or confirm the bookings waiting for your approval. With the paid plan, the background task confirms waiting bookings by itself when a session reaches its minimum.
Data the app handles
- Your Bookings services and class sessions: names, dates, times and capacity, read to build the list of sessions.
- Bookings of those sessions: status, number of participants, the client's name and payment status, read to count each session. Bookings are confirmed, declined or canceled only when you press a button or, with auto-confirm on, when a session reaches the minimum you set.
- Messages you write: sent by Wix to your clients by email when a booking is canceled or confirmed.
- Your settings (the minimums and messages) and a log of decisions (date, session, counts, how many bookings changed), stored in collections on your own site.
- Plan status: the app asks Wix whether your site is on the free or the paid plan.
- Browser settings: whether you closed the intro and review boxes, kept in your browser's local storage.
Where the data goes
Everything is read and written through Wix's own APIs, from your browser while the page is open or from the app's background task running on Wix. The developer runs no server of their own, never receives or sees your bookings or your clients' details, and nothing is shared with anyone else.
Changes
