1. What you get
Booking Caps is a Wix app that refuses new bookings that would go over limits you set (per day, week or month, for services, staff members or each client). You install it from the Wix App Market and set it up inside your Wix dashboard.
2. Plans and payment
The free plan has 1 active limit. The paid plan has unlimited limits and a log of blocked booking attempts. Wix sells the paid plan, charges you, and handles renewals, cancellations and refunds under the Wix App Market terms. Prices are shown on the app's Wix App Market page.
3. How limits behave
If the app cannot finish a check (for example Wix is slow or a request fails), it lets the booking through rather than block it. So a limit can occasionally be exceeded; check your calendar for important limits. Bookings made before you set a limit are counted but never cancelled.
4. Your data
The app counts your bookings through Wix and keeps only your limits (and, on the paid plan, a log of blocked attempts) on your site. See the Privacy Policy: https://prometheus-maker.github.io/wix/booking-caps/privacy.html
5. Availability and changes
The app depends on Wix's platform and the Bookings APIs. If Wix changes or limits them, features may stop working until the app is updated.
6. No warranty
The app is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, there is no warranty that every booking over a limit will be refused.
7. Liability
To the extent the law allows, the developer is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost or extra bookings. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.
8. Ending use
You can stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it in your Wix dashboard. Limits stop applying as soon as it is uninstalled.
