How to get help

Quick answers

Search finds nobody.

Roll Call searches your site's contacts by name, email or phone. Check the spelling, or try the email address.

It says "No plan" for someone who has one.

Plans belong to site members. If the person bought the plan with another email, search for that email. Plans recorded by hand in Pricing Plans show up like online purchases.

It says "Add the Pricing Plans app".

Your site doesn't have Wix Pricing Plans. Check-ins and attendance still work; plans can't be shown.

The class didn't get marked as attended.

Roll Call marks the person's booking for today that is closest to now, if the box "Also mark attended" is ticked. You can also use "Mark attended" or "Undo" next to each booking.

The log is empty or says it needs the CMS.

The log is stored in your site's CMS (Content Manager). Add the CMS to your site and reopen the app.

Check-ins stopped being logged this month.

The free plan logs 50 check-ins per calendar month. Check-ins and attendance keep working; they just aren't logged. The paid plan logs every check-in.

How do I get the log into a spreadsheet?

On the paid plan, open "Check-in log", pick the dates and press "Download CSV".

Where the app lives

In your dashboard, open Apps, then Roll Call: Member Check-In, or search for "Roll Call" in the dashboard search.

Privacy

See the privacy policy. In short: the log stays in your site's own CMS, and the developer receives nothing.
