Quick answers
How do I start?
Open the app, press Download template, and fill it in your spreadsheet app. Each row has a type: program, section, step, quiz, question, option or bank. Load the file with Choose a CSV file, or copy the cells and use Paste rows.
How do I mark the right answer?
For single and multiple choice questions, put y in the correct column of the right option rows. For short text and number questions, write the answer in the correct column of the question row.
What does the day column do?
It is the day a section opens, counted from the program start (1 = from the start).
How does repeat work? (Premium)
On a step row, write for example "weekly 1,3,5 x12" (days 1, 3 and 5 of every week for 12 weeks), "daily x30" or "every 2 days x10". Copies go into sections called "Day N" that open on that day.
How does a question bank work? (Premium)
Add a bank row with a name and question rows under it. On a quiz row, write for example "10 from Safety bank" in the pick column. Press Draw again in the preview for a different random set.
Every quiz failed with "Quiz is invalid"
Open Online Programs in your dashboard once, then come back and press Retry failed items. On a site where Online Programs was never opened, quizzes can't be created yet.
My file shows strange characters
Save it as "CSV UTF-8" in Excel, or use the tab-separated file type for Google Sheets.
What isn't in an exported file?
Videos and images inside steps, and file-upload questions. The app lists them after the export.
Where the app lives
In your dashboard, open Manage Apps, then Program Loader.
Privacy
See the privacy policy. In short: the app works in your browser and the developer receives nothing.
