This policy describes what the Program Loader app ("the app") does with data.
What the app does
The app is a page in your Wix dashboard. It reads a spreadsheet file you choose (or rows you paste) and creates an online program from it: sections, steps and quizzes. It can also read an existing program and save it as a file on your computer.
Data the app handles
- The file or pasted rows you load: read in your browser to build the preview and the program. The file itself is not uploaded anywhere.
- Your site's online programs: titles, descriptions, sections, steps, quiz questions, answers and feedback, read when you export a program or pick one to add to, and written when you build a program.
- An import log: for each import, the date, the program's name and ID, and how many items were saved, stored in a collection on your own site. It counts the free plan's monthly import and is shown to Premium users.
- Plan status: the app asks Wix whether your site is on the free or the paid plan.
- Browser settings: whether you closed the intro and review boxes, and a copy of the import log, kept in your browser's local storage.
The app does not read your program participants, their answers or their progress.
Where the data goes
Everything is read and written through Wix's own APIs from your browser while the page is open. The app has no server: the developer never receives, stores or sees your files or your program content, and nothing is shared with anyone else.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version is posted at this address with a new effective date.
