PrometheusPrivacy Policy: Membership Extender

This policy describes what the Membership Extender app ("the app") does with data.
What the app does
The app is a page in your Wix dashboard. It lists the plans your members bought through Pricing Plans and, when you ask it to, moves their end dates later, pauses them or resumes them. It also shows reports of members without a current plan, plans ending soon and unpaid plans.
Data the app handles
- Pricing plan orders: plan name, status, start and end dates and payment status, read to build the list and the reports, and changed (end date, paused or active) only when you press Apply.
- Plan names, read for the plan filter.
- Contacts and members: names, email addresses and the date someone became a member, read to show who each plan belongs to and who has no plan.
- Plan status: the app asks Wix whether your site is on the free or the paid plan of this app.
- Browser settings: whether you closed the intro and review boxes, kept in your browser's local storage.
Where the data goes
Everything is read and written through Wix's own APIs from your browser while the page is open. The app has no server and no database: the developer never receives, stores or sees your members' data, and nothing is shared with anyone else. A CSV report (Premium) is created in your browser and saved only on your computer.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version is posted at this address with a new effective date.
