PrometheusSupport: Form PDF
Support is open to everyone, on the free and the paid plan.
How to get help
- Email: prometheus.maker@proton.me. Include your site address, the form's name and what you saw. A screenshot helps.

Quick answers
How do I make a PDF?
Open the app, pick the form, and press PDF next to a submission. The file downloads to your computer.
How do I add my logo?
Open PDF design, press Upload logo and pick a PNG or JPG. Add your business name, then press Save design. Preview PDF shows the result with your newest submission.
Can I leave fields out?
Yes. Untick them under PDF design. Premium can also change the order.
How do I download many submissions at once? (Premium)
Filter the table (search, dates, or an answer), tick the rows or use Download all shown, and choose one PDF with a page per submission or a ZIP with one PDF each.
How does contact card filing work? (Premium)
Turn it on under Contact card filing. A few seconds after someone sends that form, the PDF is added to their contact's Files. For older submissions, select them and press File on contact cards.
Are signatures and uploaded photos included?
Yes. Signatures and PNG or JPG uploads are drawn in the PDF. Other files are listed with a link.
Some letters look different
The PDF font covers Latin, Greek and Cyrillic letters. Right-to-left scripts and Chinese, Japanese or Korean text are not supported yet.
Where the app lives
In your dashboard, open Apps, then Form PDF.
Privacy
See the privacy policy. In short: PDFs are made in your browser, filing uses Wix's own APIs, and the developer receives nothing.
