This policy describes what the Event Series: Repeat & Edit app ("the app") does with data.
What the app does
The app is a page in your Wix dashboard. When you ask it to, it reads the events on your site, creates copies of an event on new dates, and changes, cancels or deletes the events you select. All of this happens through Wix's Events service, on your site only.
Data the app handles
- Your events: titles, dates and times, time zone, location, short and full description, and status (draft, upcoming, canceled). The app reads them to show the list and writes them only when you press a button that creates, changes, cancels or deletes events.
- Copies of an event: when you repeat an event, Wix copies it with its tickets, registration form and settings. The app does not read guest lists, orders or ticket buyers.
- Plan status: the app asks Wix whether your site is on the free or the paid plan.
- One browser setting: when you close the review box, the app remembers that in your browser's local storage (one on/off flag).
Data the app does not collect
The app has no servers and no database of its own. It stores nothing outside your site's events. It does not send any data to the developer or to any third party. It uses no analytics, no tracking, no third-party scripts, no advertising and sets no cookies on your visitors.
Sharing
We do not sell or share data. The only parties involved are you and Wix. Wix processes data under its own privacy policy (https://www.wix.com/about/privacy). Payments for the paid plan are handled by Wix; the developer does not receive card details.
Retention and deletion
Events the app creates or changes are ordinary events on your site; you can edit or delete them in Wix Events at any time. Uninstalling the app does not remove events it created. The developer holds no data, so there is nothing for the developer to delete.
Children
The app is a business tool for site owners and is not directed at children.
Changes
If the app changes what it does with data, this policy will be updated before the change is released and the effective date will change.
