How to get help

Email: prometheus.maker@proton.me. Include your site address, the name of the set, and what you saw. A screenshot helps. Please do not send customer data.

Replies usually go out within two business days.

I see "Wix Stores is not set up on this site yet". Add Wix Stores to your site (percent and fixed-amount coupons apply to store orders), or set a minimum order subtotal on the set, then try again. Free-shipping codes work without Stores.
My new set does not show in Your sets. The coupon list can take a few seconds to update. Press Refresh.
Some codes failed to create. The result panel lists the failures. Create the set again with a smaller number, or check that the coupon permission is granted for the app.
I want more than 200 codes in a set. This needs the premium plan, $6 per month. Use the Upgrade button in the app.
I cancelled the paid plan. Coupons you already created stay and keep working. You can still list, export and delete them. New sets over 200 codes need the paid plan.
How do I remove a whole set? Your sets > Delete set. You will be asked to confirm. This is permanent.

In your dashboard, open Manage Apps, then Coupon Forge, or search for "Coupon Forge" in the dashboard search.
