This policy describes what the Typeline app ("the app") does with data.
What the app does
The app adds a widget to pages of your Wix site that types and deletes the phrases you write in its settings panel.
Data the app handles
- Widget settings: the text, phrases, colours, font and animation options you choose. Wix stores them with your site, like the settings of any other element.
- Plan status: the widget and its settings panel ask the app's backend on Wix whether your site is on the free or the paid plan. The backend asks Wix and answers with that one fact and the app instance ID. It stores nothing and keeps no logs of visitors.
- Browser settings: whether you closed the intro box on the app's dashboard page, kept in your browser's local storage.
Site visitors
The widget does not set cookies, does not track visitors and does not collect anything they type or do. It only shows your text.
Where the data goes
Nowhere outside Wix. The developer never receives your settings or anything about your visitors, and nothing is shared with anyone else.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version is posted at this address with a new effective date.
