This policy describes what the Guest Sheets for Events app ("the app") does with data.
What the app does
The app is a page in your Wix dashboard. You pick events and columns, and the app reads those events' guests so you can download them as one spreadsheet. It only reads; it never creates, changes or deletes events, guests, tickets or orders.
Data the app handles
- Events: title, date, time zone, categories and whether the event sells tickets or takes RSVPs.
- Registration forms: the questions on each event's form, used as column names.
- Guests of the events you pick: name, email, the answers they gave on the registration form, ticket type and number, order number and status, attendance, check-in time and registration date.
- Orders of those events: ticket prices, quantities and discounts, for the ticket price column and the summary.
- Plan status: the app asks Wix whether your site is on the free or the paid plan.
- Two browser settings: your column choice and order, and whether you closed the intro box, are kept in your browser's local storage.
Where the data goes
All of this is read through Wix's own APIs into your browser while the page is open. The sheet is built in your browser, and a download is a file saved on your own computer. The app has no server: the developer never receives, stores or sees your guests' data, and nothing is shared with anyone else.
Your guests' data
You are responsible for how you use the files you download, for example keeping them safe and deleting them when you no longer need them, under the privacy law that applies to you and your guests.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version is posted at this address with a new effective date.
