PrometheusPrivacy Policy: Day Sheet for Bookings

This policy describes what the Day Sheet for Bookings app ("the app") does with data.
What the app does
You pick one or more days. The app reads the bookings for those days from your Wix Bookings and lays them out as a sheet you can print or download as a CSV file.
Data the app handles
- Bookings for the days you pick: start and end time, service, staff member, location, status, number of participants, payment status, and the client's name, phone and email as entered in the booking.
- Your site's time zone, so times are shown in your business time zone.
- Plan status: the app asks Wix whether your site is on the free or the paid plan of the app.
- Browser settings: the columns you chose, saved layouts and whether you closed the intro box are kept in your browser's local storage on your computer.
The data is read when you open the app or change the dates, shown on your screen, and placed in the print view or the CSV file that you create. The app does not write anything to your site.
Data the app does not collect
The app has no servers and no database of its own. It does not send any data to the developer or to any third party. It uses no analytics, no tracking, no third-party scripts, no advertising, and it adds nothing to your public site.
Sharing
We do not sell or share data. The only parties involved are you and Wix. Wix processes data under its own privacy policy (https://www.wix.com/about/privacy). Payments for the paid plan are handled by Wix; the developer does not receive card details.
Printed sheets and files
Printed sheets and downloaded CSV files contain your clients' details. Keep them as you would any client list, and dispose of them safely.
Retention and deletion
The app keeps nothing. Uninstalling it stops all reads. Saved layouts stay in your browser until you clear its site data. The developer holds no data, so there is nothing for the developer to delete.
Children
The app is a business tool for site owners and their staff and is not directed at children.
Changes
If the app changes what it does with data, this policy will be updated before the change is released and the effective date will change.
