Where is my guest list stored?

Nowhere but inside the QR code and its link. The list is packed into the link itself, so there is no server, no account and no database, and nobody can browse it without the code. Anyone who has the link can see the names, so share it only with your guests.

Print the sign at least 12 cm (5 in) wide: long lists make a dense code. Test it with your own phone before the day.

How do I make a QR code for a wedding seating chart?

Paste your guest list (name and table, one per line, e.g. copied from a spreadsheet), press Make my QR code, then print the sign. Guests scan it with their phone camera and type their name.

Is the seating chart QR code free?

Yes. No sign-up, no app and no subscription. The list is packed into the QR code link itself, so nothing is stored on a server.

How many guests fit in one QR code?

About 200 names fit in one code. We tested 180 guests: the code still scans. Print long lists at least 15 cm (6 in) wide.

Can guests see who they sit with?

Yes. After typing their name, guests see their table and the other people at it.
